Das \u201c<\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Class Ceiling<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201d Ph\u00e4nomen beschreibt subtile, aber wirkungsvolle Hindernisse, die den Aufstieg von Frauen in F\u00fchrungspositionen erschweren \u2013 sowohl am Arbeitsplatz als auch in Bildungseinrichtungen.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Es entsteht nicht immer durch explizite Regeln oder Vorschriften, sondern durch ein komplexes Netzwerk aus kulturellen Normen, strukturellen Ungleichheiten und unbewussten Vorurteilen. Tief verwurzelte Geschlechterstereotype sehen Frauen, insbesondere M\u00fctter oder Betreuungspersonen, oft als weniger geeignet f\u00fcr F\u00fchrungsrollen. Diese Annahmen f\u00fchren zu ungleichen Chancen bei Rekrutierung, Bef\u00f6rderung, Mentoring und Sichtbarkeit, wodurch Systeme entstehen, in denen M\u00e4nner eher in Entscheidungspositionen gelangen.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Strukturelle Barrieren und gesellschaftliche Erwartungen versch\u00e4rfen dieses Problem zus\u00e4tzlich. Frauen haben oft weniger Zugang zu professionellen Netzwerken, sind in F\u00fchrungsrollen unterrepr\u00e4sentiert und haben damit eingeschr\u00e4nkten Zugang zu Mentoring und Karrierechancen. Die Vereinbarkeit von Beruf und Familie bleibt eine ungleiche Last, und sexuelle Bel\u00e4stigung ist nach wie vor ein ernstes Thema: Laut EU-Daten gaben zwischen 11\u202f% und 41\u202f% der berufst\u00e4tigen Frauen an, im Job schon unerw\u00fcnschtem Verhalten mit sexueller Konnotation ausgesetzt gewesen zu sein.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Das Durchbrechen des <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">glass ceilings<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> ist nicht eine Frage individueller Resilienz, sondern eine kollektive Verantwortung. Ziel ist es, Vielfalt und Inklusion in Arbeits- und Lerngruppen \u2013 insbesondere in Bildungseinrichtungen, KMU und Verb\u00e4nden \u2013 zu st\u00e4rken, regenerative F\u00fchrungskr\u00e4fte auszubilden und Lehrende mit Werkzeugen zu unterst\u00fctzen, inklusive und unterst\u00fctzende Umgebungen zu schaffen. Zudem werden Antidiskriminierungsma\u00dfnahmen gest\u00e4rkt und die Sichtbarkeit sowie F\u00fchrungsrolle von Frauen gef\u00f6rdert.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Bei Fit for the Future glauben wir, dass inklusive F\u00fchrung die Basis resilienter und innovativer Systeme ist.
