Es besteht ein dringender Bedarf an <\/span><b>regenerativer F\u00fchrung<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> \u2013 einem transformativen Ansatz, der nicht nur erh\u00e4lt, sondern Menschen, Gemeinschaften und \u00d6kosysteme aktiv st\u00e4rkt und erneuert.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Das <\/span><b>Fit for the Future<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">-Projekt reagiert auf diesen Bedarf, indem es F\u00fchrungskr\u00e4fte, P\u00e4dagog*innen und Fachkr\u00e4fte\u00a0 auf Basis von Systemdenken, Inklusion und Vielfalt mit Kompetenzen der regenerativer F\u00fchrung ausstattet. Da Arbeits- und Bildungsumgebungen immer komplexer und st\u00e4rker miteinander vernetzt werden, brauchen F\u00fchrungskr\u00e4fte ganzheitliche Perspektiven. So k\u00f6nnen sie systemische Vorurteile und strukturelle Barrieren erkennen und Umgebungen f\u00f6rdern, in denen alle Menschen sich entfalten k\u00f6nnen.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Studien zeigen, dass regenerative F\u00fchrung zu mehr Kreativit\u00e4t, h\u00f6herer Produktivit\u00e4t und st\u00e4rkerem Teamzusammenhalt f\u00fchrt.
