Oktober 2025<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> begr\u00fc\u00dfte die <\/span><b>Universit\u00e4t Aveiro<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Partner*innen aus ganz Europa zum zweiten transnationalen Treffen des <\/span><b>Fit4Future<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">-Projekts. Der Arbeitstag drehte sich um ein zentrales Ziel: sicherzustellen, dass das Projekt <\/span><b>echten, n\u00fctzlichen Mehrwert f\u00fcr Menschen in der beruflichen Aus- und Weiterbildung (VET)<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> liefert.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Die Partner<\/span> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">teilten ihre bisherigen Erkenntnisse aus Interviews, Fallstudien und Good Practices aus verschiedenen L\u00e4ndern. Diese Einblicke spiegeln allt\u00e4gliche Herausforderungen wider \u2013 von unbewussten Vorurteilen \u00fcber Inklusion im Unterricht bis hin zu F\u00fchrungsstilen und dem Umgang von Organisationen mit Ver\u00e4nderung. Durch den Vergleich der Erfahrungen \u00fcber L\u00e4ndergrenzen hinweg konnten <\/span><b>gemeinsame Muster und praktikable L\u00f6sungen<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> identifiziert werden, die sich in der Praxis bew\u00e4hrt haben.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Eines der wichtigsten Ergebnisse ist das <\/span><b>Fit4Future-Selbstbewertungstool<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Es hilft VET-Organisationen, <\/span><b>einen ehrlichen Blick auf sich selbst zu werfen<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Was l\u00e4uft bereits gut in Sachen Inklusion? <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Wo gibt es L\u00fccken? <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Und was kann verbessert werden? <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Statt abstrakter Theorie f\u00fchrt das Tool Schritt f\u00fcr Schritt durch den Prozess und unterst\u00fctzt dabei, <\/span><b>Reflexion in konkrete Ma\u00dfnahmen<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> umzusetzen.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">All diese Arbeit flie\u00dft zudem in <\/span><b>FITLAB<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> ein \u2013 einen neuen europ\u00e4ischen Online-Raum, der inspirierende Beispiele, Methoden und Werkzeuge zu <\/span><b>Inklusion, Systemdenken und regenerativer F\u00fchrung<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> zusammenbringt. F\u00fcr Trainer*innen, F\u00fchrungskr\u00e4fte und Projektleiter*innen bietet FITLAB <\/span><b>praktische Ideen<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, die sie auf ihre eigenen Kontexte \u00fcbertragen k\u00f6nnen, ohne bei null beginnen zu m\u00fcssen.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Das Treffen konzentrierte sich nicht nur auf Forschung. Das Team arbeitete auch praktisch an den n\u00e4chsten Schritten: <\/span><b>Vorbereitung des ersten internationalen Webinars zum Systemdenken, Gestaltung der zuk\u00fcnftigen Trainings zu regenerativer F\u00fchrung und Festlegung der Richtung f\u00fcr eine europ\u00e4ische Anti-Bias-Kampagne<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.
