El proyecto se centra en capacitar a las organizaciones de FP para crear entornos de trabajo y estudio equitativos, sostenibles e innovadores.<\/span><\/p><p><b>Objetivos clave:<\/b><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Fomentar un liderazgo regenerativo y promover una cultura de inclusi\u00f3n y sostenibilidad en la gesti\u00f3n de recursos humanos de las organizaciones de formaci\u00f3n profesional (C-VET).<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Proporcionar a los profesionales las herramientas necesarias para identificar y abordar los sesgos sist\u00e9micos, garantizando as\u00ed entornos de trabajo y estudio diversos y equitativos.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Proporcionar recursos y formaci\u00f3n para ayudar a las organizaciones de formaci\u00f3n profesional a implementar pr\u00e1cticas de gesti\u00f3n sostenibles e inclusivas.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sensibilizar sobre la importancia del pensamiento sist\u00e9mico y la sostenibilidad en los \u00e1mbitos educativos y profesionales.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><b>Grupos objetivo:<\/b><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">(C-) Directivos, formadores, personal de RRHH y dem\u00e1s personal de FP.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">J\u00f3venes adultos que se incorporan al mercado laboral.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Grupos y comunidades vulnerables que buscan inclusi\u00f3n en espacios profesionales.<\/span><\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-2dbd19f e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"2dbd19f\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\" data-settings=\"{&quot;jet_parallax_layout_list&quot;:[]}\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-2165286 e-con-full e-flex e-con e-child\" data-id=\"2165286\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\" data-settings=\"{&quot;jet_parallax_layout_list&quot;:[]}\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-f5d869c elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"f5d869c\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><b>Actividades del proyecto:<\/b><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El proyecto \u00abPreparados para el Futuro\u00bb ofrecer\u00e1 recursos innovadores como una herramienta de autoevaluaci\u00f3n, un programa de capacitaci\u00f3n y una base de datos integral de estudios de caso y mejores pr\u00e1cticas. Adem\u00e1s, organizar\u00e1 seminarios web, talleres e implementar\u00e1 una campa\u00f1a de sensibilizaci\u00f3n para involucrar a las partes interesadas de todos los sectores.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Al reunir a socios de Francia, Espa\u00f1a, Chipre, Italia, Grecia, Portugal y Alemania, Fit for the Future est\u00e1 llamado a tener un impacto significativo en el futuro
