Estos resultados est\u00e1n dise\u00f1ados para crear trayectorias sostenibles de desarrollo profesional, al tiempo que fomentan la diversidad y la inclusi\u00f3n en los entornos laborales y de estudio.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Los principales resultados del proyecto son los siguientes:<\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Base de datos de estudios de caso: Presentaci\u00f3n de estudios de caso, buenas pr\u00e1cticas y perspectivas para abordar los sesgos y explorar la gesti\u00f3n regenerativa.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Herramienta de autoevaluaci\u00f3n: Ayuda a las organizaciones a evaluar su progreso en materia de inclusi\u00f3n, diversidad y liderazgo regenerativo.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Programa de capacitaci\u00f3n: Dotar a directivos y empleados de conocimientos sobre pensamiento sist\u00e9mico y pr\u00e1cticas inclusivas.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Seminarios web y talleres: Eventos internacionales y nacionales centrados en v\u00edas regenerativas.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Plataforma OER: Un centro centralizado que alberga todos los resultados del proyecto para su acceso libre y gratuito.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Campa\u00f1a de sensibilizaci\u00f3n: Involucrar a las partes interesadas y al p\u00fablico para destacar la importancia de la diversidad y la sostenibilidad.<\/span><\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-3e94e64 e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"3e94e64\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\" data-settings=\"{&quot;jet_parallax_layout_list&quot;:[]}\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-db8690c e-con-full e-flex e-con e-child\" data-id=\"db8690c\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\" data-settings=\"{&quot;jet_parallax_layout_list&quot;:[]}\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-97cc1e7 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"97cc1e7\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Estos resultados tienen como objetivo capacitar a las organizaciones de formaci\u00f3n profesional, las PYME, las asociaciones, los profesionales y los j\u00f3venes que se incorporan al mercado laboral para que creen sistemas inclusivos y se beneficien de ellos, as\u00ed como concienciar sobre el valor del pensamiento sist\u00e9mico y la gesti\u00f3n y el desarrollo regenerativos.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Mant\u00e9ngase al tanto de las novedades sobre c\u00f3mo compartiremos estas herramientas y recursos a trav\u00e9s de eventos abiertos y plataformas digitales. \u00a1Juntos podemos construir un futuro verdaderamente inclusivo y sostenible!
