Un ejemplo que comparte durante la entrevista es la partida de un miembro clave del equipo, un evento que, si bien inicialmente fue traum\u00e1tico, permiti\u00f3 a la organizaci\u00f3n implementar nuevas rutinas y protocolos. Esto condujo a la introducci\u00f3n de la <\/span><b>competencia colectiva <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, asegurando que al menos dos personas supieran c\u00f3mo realizar cada tarea espec\u00edfica, mejorando as\u00ed la ejecuci\u00f3n y minimizando el impacto de futuras interrupciones.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En cuanto a la toma de decisiones, N\u00faria adopta un <\/span><b>enfoque altamente anal\u00edtico <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Cree que las decisiones importantes, como en la vida, no deben tomarse impulsivamente. Por el contrario, requieren mucha reflexi\u00f3n, evaluaci\u00f3n, an\u00e1lisis y cierta serenidad emocional para racionalizarlas. Si bien reflexiona extensamente antes de tomar decisiones complejas o definir rumbos, esto no implica lentitud, sino un an\u00e1lisis cuidadoso de los pasos iniciales y los cambios.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En una peque\u00f1a empresa con menos de 10 personas, la inclusi\u00f3n y el respeto se fomentan mediante reuniones frecuentes y muy participativas. N\u00faria destaca la importancia de solicitar activamente la opini\u00f3n de cada miembro del equipo, en lugar de exigirla, consider\u00e1ndolo fundamental para el respeto. Desea que su equipo est\u00e9 motivado por el deseo de crecer a la par de la organizaci\u00f3n, un <\/span><b>sentido de pertenencia <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">que vincule el crecimiento personal con el crecimiento de la empresa.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El m\u00e9todo de liderazgo de N\u00faria, basado en el an\u00e1lisis riguroso y la confianza en la competencia demostrada, crea un entorno que, a pesar de su tama\u00f1o reducido, logra promover la inclusi\u00f3n y la resiliencia organizacional mediante el aprendizaje continuo y la responsabilidad compartida. Este enfoque de liderazgo, que considera el crecimiento personal y el empresarial intr\u00ednsecamente ligados, act\u00faa como un organismo vivo que se adapta a los desaf\u00edos aprendiendo a estructurar mejor sus funciones internas.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-e2fde6e elementor-widget
