La jornada de trabajo se centr\u00f3 en un \u00fanico objetivo: garantizar que el proyecto aporte beneficios reales y \u00fatiles a las personas que trabajan y estudian en la formaci\u00f3n profesional.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Los socios compartieron lo aprendido hasta ahora a trav\u00e9s de entrevistas, estudios de caso y buenas pr\u00e1cticas recopiladas en diferentes pa\u00edses. Estas historias provienen directamente de organizaciones y formadores de formaci\u00f3n profesional, y reflejan desaf\u00edos cotidianos como los prejuicios inconscientes, la inclusi\u00f3n en el aula, los estilos de liderazgo y la forma en que las organizaciones gestionan el cambio. Al comparar experiencias entre pa\u00edses, pudimos identificar patrones comunes y soluciones pr\u00e1cticas que realmente funcionan sobre el terreno.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Uno de los resultados m\u00e1s importantes es la herramienta de autoevaluaci\u00f3n Fit4Future. Esta herramienta est\u00e1 dise\u00f1ada para ayudar a las organizaciones de formaci\u00f3n profesional a realizar una autoevaluaci\u00f3n honesta: \u00bfQu\u00e9 estamos haciendo bien en materia de inclusi\u00f3n? \u00bfD\u00f3nde est\u00e1n las deficiencias? \u00bfY qu\u00e9 podemos mejorar? En lugar de ofrecer teor\u00eda abstracta, la herramienta guiar\u00e1 a las organizaciones paso a paso, ayud\u00e1ndolas a convertir la reflexi\u00f3n en acciones concretas.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Todo este trabajo se integrar\u00e1 en FITLAB, un nuevo espacio europeo en l\u00ednea que reunir\u00e1 ejemplos, m\u00e9todos y herramientas inspiradoras sobre inclusi\u00f3n, pensamiento sist\u00e9mico y liderazgo regenerativo. Para formadores, gerentes y l\u00edderes de proyectos, FITLAB ser\u00e1 una fuente pr\u00e1ctica de ideas que podr\u00e1n adaptar a su propio contexto, sin necesidad de partir de cero.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La reuni\u00f3n no se centr\u00f3 \u00fanicamente en la investigaci\u00f3n. Los socios tambi\u00e9n trabajaron activamente en los pr\u00f3ximos pasos: la preparaci\u00f3n del primer seminario web internacional sobre pensamiento sist\u00e9mico, el dise\u00f1o de la futura formaci\u00f3n en liderazgo regenerativo y la definici\u00f3n de la estrategia para una campa\u00f1a europea contra la discriminaci\u00f3n. Estas actividades buscan llegar a un p\u00fablico amplio e impulsar conversaciones que conduzcan a un cambio real en las actitudes y las pr\u00e1cticas cotidianas.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Al reunir diferentes perspectivas, experiencias y culturas, Fit4Future sigue avanzando con un objetivo claro: ayudar a las organizaciones de formaci\u00f3n profesional a ser m\u00e1s inclusivas, justas y preparadas para el futuro, de maneras que realmente importen a las personas sobre el terreno.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div
