Esta idea constituye el n\u00facleo de nuestro pr\u00f3ximo evento \u00abTrain the Trainers\u00bb (Formaci\u00f3n de formadores) en Leipzig, Alemania.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Para poner en pr\u00e1ctica estos valores, el programa incluye una visita de estudio a MDR (Mitteldeutscher Rundfunk), una de las cadenas p\u00fablicas de Alemania. La MDR ofrece servicios de televisi\u00f3n, radio y medios digitales en toda Alemania Central y desempe\u00f1a un papel importante en la difusi\u00f3n de periodismo independiente, programaci\u00f3n cultural y contenidos educativos.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Durante nuestra visita de estudio, obtendremos informaci\u00f3n de primera mano de los empleados de la MDR que participan activamente en redes internas, como la <\/span><b>Red de Mujeres <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">y <\/span><b>Gesti\u00f3n del Cambio.<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Compartir\u00e1n sus experiencias sobre c\u00f3mo se fomentan la colaboraci\u00f3n, la diversidad y la innovaci\u00f3n dentro de una gran organizaci\u00f3n medi\u00e1tica.<\/span><\/p><p><b>Gesti\u00f3n del Cambio<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> apoya a los departamentos y a los directivos a la hora de implementar el cambio de forma orientada al futuro y sostenible, creando espacios para el di\u00e1logo, el aprendizaje y la colaboraci\u00f3n, y desarrollando conjuntamente las competencias, estructuras y procesos necesarios. La implementaci\u00f3n corre a cargo de \u00abarquitectos del cambio\u00bb formados a nivel directivo y de \u00abfacilitadores del cambio\u00bb dentro de los equipos.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La<\/span><b> Red de Mujeres<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> re\u00fane a todas las mujeres de MDR que desean contribuir activamente y participar en la red. Crea un espacio para el intercambio profesional, la tutor\u00eda y el apoyo mutuo, al tiempo que refuerza la igualdad, la diversidad y una cultura laboral inclusiva. Al conectar a mujeres de distintos departamentos, funciones y niveles de experiencia, la red fomenta tanto el desarrollo individual como el crecimiento de la organizaci\u00f3n.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Redes como estas demuestran el valor de la colaboraci\u00f3n, la confianza y el aprendizaje continuo. Ofrecen oportunidades para intercambiar conocimientos, cuestionar perspectivas y desarrollar ideas que contribuyan a un cambio positivo y duradero.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Estamos deseando explorar estos ejemplos inspiradores durante nuestra visita de estudio y continuar el di\u00e1logo con nuestros participantes en Leipzig. Juntos, reflexionaremos sobre c\u00f3mo las redes s\u00f3lidas pueden empoderar a las personas, inspirar la innovaci\u00f3n y ayudarnos a dar forma al futuro
