Ce projet a pour objectif de donner aux organismes d&#8217;EFP les moyens de cr\u00e9er des environnements de travail et d&#8217;\u00e9tudes \u00e9quitables, durables et innovants.<\/span><\/p><p><b>Objectifs cl\u00e9s\u00a0:<\/b><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Favoriser un leadership r\u00e9g\u00e9n\u00e9rateur et promouvoir une culture d&#8217;inclusion et de durabilit\u00e9 dans la gestion des RH des organisations (C-) VET.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Fournir aux professionnels les outils n\u00e9cessaires pour identifier et corriger les biais syst\u00e9miques, afin de garantir des environnements de travail et d&#8217;\u00e9tudes diversifi\u00e9s et \u00e9quitables.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Fournir des ressources et des formations pour aider les organismes d&#8217;enseignement et de formation professionnels \u00e0 mettre en \u0153uvre des pratiques de gestion durables et inclusives.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sensibiliser \u00e0 l&#8217;importance de la pens\u00e9e syst\u00e9mique et du d\u00e9veloppement durable dans les milieux \u00e9ducatifs et professionnels.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><b>Groupes cibles :<\/b><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">(C-) Gestionnaires, formateurs, RH et personnel de l&#8217;EFP.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Les jeunes adultes qui entrent sur le march\u00e9 du travail.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Groupes et communaut\u00e9s vuln\u00e9rables qui cherchent \u00e0 \u00eatre inclus dans les espaces professionnels.<\/span><\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-2dbd19f e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"2dbd19f\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\" data-settings=\"{&quot;jet_parallax_layout_list&quot;:[]}\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-2165286 e-con-full e-flex e-con e-child\" data-id=\"2165286\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\" data-settings=\"{&quot;jet_parallax_layout_list&quot;:[]}\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-f5d869c elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"f5d869c\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><b>Activit\u00e9s du projet :<\/b><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Le projet \u00ab\u00a0Fit for the Future\u00a0\u00bb proposera des ressources innovantes telles qu\u2019un outil d\u2019auto-\u00e9valuation, un programme de formation et une base de donn\u00e9es exhaustive d\u2019\u00e9tudes de cas et de bonnes pratiques. Il organisera \u00e9galement des webinaires et des ateliers, et m\u00e8nera une campagne de sensibilisation aupr\u00e8s des acteurs de tous les secteurs.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En r\u00e9unissant des partenaires de France, d&#8217;Espagne, de Chypre, d&#8217;Italie, de Gr\u00e8ce, du Portugal et d&#8217;Allemagne, Fit for the Future entend avoir un impact significatif
