Ce concept d\u00e9signe l&#8217;ensemble des freins, subtils mais puissants, qui entravent l&#8217;acc\u00e8s des femmes aux postes de direction, notamment au sein des milieux professionnels et \u00e9ducatifs.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Le plafond de verre ne r\u00e9sulte pas toujours de r\u00e8gles ou de politiques explicites\u00a0; il se construit plut\u00f4t \u00e0 partir d\u2019un r\u00e9seau complexe de normes culturelles, d\u2019in\u00e9galit\u00e9s structurelles et de pr\u00e9jug\u00e9s inconscients. Des st\u00e9r\u00e9otypes de genre profond\u00e9ment ancr\u00e9s continuent de pr\u00e9senter les femmes comme moins aptes \u00e0 occuper des postes de direction, en particulier lorsqu\u2019elles sont m\u00e8res ou aidantes. Ces pr\u00e9jug\u00e9s engendrent des in\u00e9galit\u00e9s de traitement en mati\u00e8re de recrutement, de promotions, de mentorat et de visibilit\u00e9 professionnelle, renfor\u00e7ant ainsi des syst\u00e8mes o\u00f9 les hommes sont plus susceptibles d\u2019\u00eatre consid\u00e9r\u00e9s pour des postes \u00e0 responsabilit\u00e9.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Les barri\u00e8res structurelles et les attentes soci\u00e9tales aggravent encore ce probl\u00e8me. Les femmes peinent souvent \u00e0 acc\u00e9der aux m\u00eames r\u00e9seaux professionnels que les hommes et sont sous-repr\u00e9sent\u00e9es aux postes de direction, ce qui limite leur acc\u00e8s au mentorat et \u00e0 l&#8217;avancement professionnel. Concilier vie professionnelle et vie familiale reste un fardeau in\u00e9galement r\u00e9parti, rendant plus difficile pour de nombreuses femmes l&#8217;acc\u00e8s aux postes de direction. La question du harc\u00e8lement sexuel est \u00e9galement un sujet tr\u00e8s pertinent, car le lieu de travail est souvent loin d&#8217;\u00eatre un environnement s\u00fbr pour les femmes. Selon les donn\u00e9es de l&#8217;Union europ\u00e9enne, le pourcentage de femmes qui travaillent ou ont travaill\u00e9 et qui ont \u00e9t\u00e9 victimes de comportements \u00e0 connotation sexuelle non d\u00e9sir\u00e9s sur leur lieu de travail varie d&#8217;un \u00c9tat membre \u00e0 l&#8217;autre, de 11 % \u00e0 41 %.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Lever cet obstacle n\u2019est pas seulement une question de r\u00e9silience individuelle, c\u2019est une responsabilit\u00e9 collective. Son objectif principal est de renforcer la diversit\u00e9 et l\u2019inclusion au sein des \u00e9quipes de travail et d\u2019\u00e9tudes, notamment dans les \u00e9tablissements d\u2019enseignement, les PME et les associations, en formant des leaders engag\u00e9s et en fournissant aux enseignants et formateurs les outils n\u00e9cessaires pour favoriser des environnements inclusifs et solidaires. Le projet sensibilise \u00e9galement aux politiques de non-discrimination et promeut la visibilit\u00e9 et le leadership des femmes, conform\u00e9ment aux strat\u00e9gies plus larges d\u2019inclusion professionnelle visant \u00e0 briser le plafond de verre.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Chez <\/span><b>Fit for the Future <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, nous croyons qu&#8217;un leadership inclusif est le fondement de syst\u00e8mes r\u00e9silients et innovants.
