L&#8217;inclusion, c&#8217;est \u00eatre invit\u00e9 \u00e0 danser \u00bb, <\/i><\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">explique Verna Myers, militante pour l&#8217;inclusion. Mais cela ne suffit plus. L&#8217;inclusion implique d&#8217;\u00eatre sollicit\u00e9 pour organiser et mettre en \u0153uvre l&#8217;\u00e9v\u00e9nement, choisir son esth\u00e9tique et assumer des responsabilit\u00e9s. <\/span><b>La repr\u00e9sentation doit \u00eatre authentique et inclusive \u00e0 chaque \u00e9tape de la prise de d\u00e9cision.<\/b><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La diversit\u00e9 au travail est source d&#8217;id\u00e9es et d&#8217;exp\u00e9riences nouvelles. La pluralit\u00e9 des points de vue favorise l&#8217;\u00e9mergence de nouvelles id\u00e9es et de d\u00e9cisions innovantes, tout en permettant une meilleure adaptation aux diff\u00e9rents profils. Une \u00e9tude <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.consultancy.eu\/news\/4484\/mckinsey-the-benefit-of-gender-and-ethnic-diversity-in-leadership\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">McKinsey de 2020 <\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">a r\u00e9v\u00e9l\u00e9 que les entreprises dont les \u00e9quipes dirigeantes pr\u00e9sentent une diversit\u00e9 ethnique et de genre ont 25 \u00e0 36 % plus de chances d&#8217;obtenir de meilleurs r\u00e9sultats financiers. <\/span><b><i>L&#8217;exclusion, m\u00eame involontaire, est souvent le fruit d&#8217;un manque d&#8217;inclusion. <\/i><\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En conclusion, l&#8217;inclusion significative de personnes d&#8217;horizons divers est b\u00e9n\u00e9fique aux organisations.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Les individus poss\u00e8dent de multiples identit\u00e9s qui s&#8217;entrecroisent. C&#8217;est l\u00e0 toute la beaut\u00e9 de l&#8217;inclusion. Trop souvent, les efforts d&#8217;inclusion des organisations sont unidimensionnels et superficiels, se concentrant uniquement sur le genre ou l&#8217;origine ethnique. <\/span><b>Or, chaque personne a une histoire multiple. <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La v\u00e9ritable inclusion implique de prendre en compte ces diff\u00e9rentes dimensions. Il ne suffit pas de recruter en fonction de la diversit\u00e9\u00a0; il faut aussi partager le pouvoir, pratiquer l&#8217;\u00e9coute active et int\u00e9grer l&#8217;inclusion dans les processus d\u00e9cisionnels. <\/span><b>Les employ\u00e9s recherchent l&#8217;acceptation dans leur vie professionnelle, tout comme dans leur vie personnelle. <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Lorsqu&#8217;ils peuvent \u00eatre eux-m\u00eames au travail, ils sont capables de se concentrer davantage sur leurs responsabilit\u00e9s au lieu de se soucier du regard des autres. Les \u00e9quipes diversifi\u00e9es sont plus \u00e0 m\u00eame de comprendre les besoins des clients, car elles peuvent s&#8217;y identifier. L&#8217;\u00e9galit\u00e9 des chances rend les employ\u00e9s fiers et heureux de travailler pour leur entreprise.
