Elle cite en exemple, lors de son entretien, le d\u00e9part d&#8217;un membre essentiel de l&#8217;\u00e9quipe, un \u00e9v\u00e9nement qui, bien que traumatisant au d\u00e9part, a permis \u00e0 l&#8217;organisation de mettre en place de nouvelles routines et de nouveaux protocoles. Ceci a conduit \u00e0 l&#8217;introduction de la <\/span><b>comp\u00e9tence collective <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, garantissant qu&#8217;au moins deux personnes ma\u00eetrisent chaque t\u00e2che sp\u00e9cifique, am\u00e9liorant ainsi l&#8217;ex\u00e9cution et minimisant l&#8217;impact des perturbations futures.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En mati\u00e8re de prise de d\u00e9cision, N\u00faria privil\u00e9gie une <\/span><b>approche tr\u00e8s analytique <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Elle est convaincue que les d\u00e9cisions importantes, comme dans la vie, ne doivent pas \u00eatre prises sous le coup de l&#8217;\u00e9motion. Elles requi\u00e8rent au contraire une profonde r\u00e9flexion, une \u00e9valuation rigoureuse, une analyse approfondie et une certaine ma\u00eetrise de soi pour les justifier. Si elle prend le temps de la r\u00e9flexion avant de prendre des d\u00e9cisions complexes ou de d\u00e9finir des orientations, cela ne signifie pas pour autant qu&#8217;elle est lente, mais plut\u00f4t qu&#8217;elle analyse avec soin les \u00e9tapes et les changements initiaux.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dans cette petite entreprise de moins de dix personnes, l&#8217;inclusion et le respect sont cultiv\u00e9s gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 des r\u00e9unions fr\u00e9quentes et participatives. N\u00faria insiste sur l&#8217;importance de solliciter activement l&#8217;avis de chaque membre de l&#8217;\u00e9quipe, plut\u00f4t que de l&#8217;exiger, consid\u00e9rant cela comme fondamental pour le respect. Elle souhaite que son \u00e9quipe soit anim\u00e9e par le d\u00e9sir d&#8217;\u00e9voluer en m\u00eame temps que l&#8217;organisation, un <\/span><b>sentiment d&#8217;appartenance <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">qui lie la croissance personnelle \u00e0 la croissance de l&#8217;entreprise.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La m\u00e9thode de leadership de N\u00faria, fond\u00e9e sur une analyse rigoureuse et la confiance dans les comp\u00e9tences av\u00e9r\u00e9es, fa\u00e7onne un environnement qui, malgr\u00e9 sa taille r\u00e9duite, favorise l&#8217;inclusion et la r\u00e9silience organisationnelle gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 un apprentissage continu et une responsabilit\u00e9 partag\u00e9e. Cette approche, qui consid\u00e8re la croissance personnelle et professionnelle comme intrins\u00e8quement li\u00e9es, fonctionne comme un organisme vivant qui s&#8217;adapte aux d\u00e9fis en
