Cette id\u00e9e est au c\u0153ur de notre prochain \u00e9v\u00e9nement de formation de formateurs \u00e0 Leipzig , en Allemagne.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pour mettre ces valeurs en pratique, le programme pr\u00e9voit une visite d&#8217;\u00e9tude \u00e0 la MDR ( Mitteldeutscher Rundfunk), l&#8217;un des organismes de radiodiffusion publique allemands. La MDR propose des services de t\u00e9l\u00e9vision, de radio et de m\u00e9dias num\u00e9riques dans toute l&#8217;Allemagne centrale et joue un r\u00f4le important dans la diffusion d&#8217;un journalisme ind\u00e9pendant, de programmes culturels et de contenus \u00e9ducatifs.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Lors de notre visite d&#8217;\u00e9tude, nous b\u00e9n\u00e9ficierons de t\u00e9moignages authentiques d&#8217;employ\u00e9s de MDR activement impliqu\u00e9s dans les r\u00e9seaux internes, notamment le <\/span><b>R\u00e9seau des femmes <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">et <\/span><b>la Gestion du changement <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Ils partageront leurs exp\u00e9riences sur la mani\u00e8re dont la collaboration, la diversit\u00e9 et l&#8217;innovation sont promues au sein d&#8217;une grande entreprise m\u00e9diatique.<\/span><\/p><p><b>La gestion du changement <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">accompagne les d\u00e9partements et les managers dans la mise en \u0153uvre du changement de mani\u00e8re durable et tourn\u00e9e vers l&#8217;avenir, en cr\u00e9ant des espaces de dialogue, d&#8217;apprentissage et de collaboration, et en d\u00e9veloppant conjointement les comp\u00e9tences, les structures et les processus n\u00e9cessaires. La mise en \u0153uvre est assur\u00e9e par des architectes du changement form\u00e9s, au niveau de la direction, et par des facilitateurs du changement au sein des \u00e9quipes.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Le <\/span><b>R\u00e9seau des femmes <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">rassemble toutes les femmes de MDR qui souhaitent contribuer activement \u00e0 son fonctionnement et s&#8217;y impliquer. Il favorise les \u00e9changes professionnels, le mentorat et l&#8217;entraide, tout en renfor\u00e7ant l&#8217;\u00e9galit\u00e9, la diversit\u00e9 et une culture d&#8217;entreprise inclusive. En reliant les femmes de tous les services, fonctions et niveaux d&#8217;exp\u00e9rience, le r\u00e9seau soutient le d\u00e9veloppement individuel et la croissance de l&#8217;organisation.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Des r\u00e9seaux comme celui-ci d\u00e9montrent l&#8217;importance de la collaboration, de la confiance et de l&#8217;apprentissage continu. Ils offrent des occasions d&#8217;\u00e9changer des connaissances, de confronter les points de vue et de d\u00e9velopper des id\u00e9es qui contribuent \u00e0 un changement positif et durable.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Nous sommes impatients d&#8217;explorer ces exemples inspirants lors de notre visite d&#8217;\u00e9tude et de poursuivre les \u00e9changes avec nos participants \u00e0 Leipzig. Ensemble, nous r\u00e9fl\u00e9chirons \u00e0 la mani\u00e8re dont des r\u00e9seaux solides peuvent donner aux individus les moyens d&#8217;agir, stimuler l&#8217;innovation et nous aider \u00e0
