The self-assessment tool uses structured questions and a scoring system to guide both organisational and personal reflection.<\/p><p>The project addresses challenges such as <strong>gender discrimination, cultural bias, and inequality<\/strong>, promoting systems thinking and regenerative leadership as practical solutions.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-d2e39b1 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"d2e39b1\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Why Systems Thinking Matters for Inclusive Workplaces<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-3d05277 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"3d05277\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>The webinar highlighted how <strong>systems thinking<\/strong> helps organisations understand complexity and improve how they respond to challenges.<\/p><p>Participants explored how to:<\/p><ul><li>Build <strong>inclusive leadership practices<\/strong><\/li><li>Raise awareness of <strong>unconscious bias<\/strong><\/li><li>Develop <strong>sustainable and equitable work environments<\/strong><\/li><\/ul><p>These approaches support the creation of <strong>future-ready VET systems<\/strong>, where diversity is recognised as a strength.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-bd43972 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"bd43972\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Expert Insights on Leadership and Organisational Resilience<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-a43baed elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"a43baed\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Two keynote speakers shared valuable insights:<\/p><ul><li><strong>Prof. Liliya Terzieva<\/strong> presented on regenerative leadership and systems thinking in education<\/li><li><strong>Pablo Gonzalez<\/strong> explained how diversity and inclusion strengthen <strong>organisational resilience<\/strong><\/li><\/ul><p>Both sessions showed that inclusion improves collaboration, decision-making, and the ability to adapt to change.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-0491d25 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"0491d25\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Real Practices: Inclusion in Action<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-650202e elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"650202e\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>The session <strong>\u201cInspiration in Action\u201d<\/strong> presented real examples from organisations.<\/p><p>Speakers Emily Diamandopoulou (Rhyme &amp;
