Questa idea \u00e8 al centro del nostro prossimo evento <\/span><b>Train the Trainers<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> a Lipsia, in Germania.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Per tradurre questi valori in pratica, il programma include una visita di studio a <\/span><b>MDR (Mitteldeutscher Rundfunk)<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, una delle emittenti del servizio pubblico tedesco. MDR offre servizi televisivi, radiofonici e digitali nella Germania centrale e svolge un ruolo importante nella diffusione di giornalismo indipendente, programmi culturali e contenuti educativi.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Durante la visita di studio, avremo l\u2019opportunit\u00e0 di ricevere testimonianze dirette dai dipendenti di MDR attivamente coinvolti nelle reti interne, tra cui la <\/span><b>Women\u2019s Network<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> e l\u2019area del <\/span><b>Change Management<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Condivideranno con noi la loro esperienza su come collaborazione, diversit\u00e0 e innovazione vengano promosse all\u2019interno di una grande organizzazione mediatica.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Il <\/span><b>Change Management<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> supporta dipartimenti e manager nell\u2019attuazione del cambiamento in modo orientato al futuro e sostenibile, creando spazi di dialogo, apprendimento e collaborazione, e sviluppando congiuntamente le competenze, le strutture e i processi necessari. L\u2019implementazione viene portata avanti da <\/span><b>Change Architects<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> formati a livello manageriale e da <\/span><b>Change Facilitators<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> all\u2019interno dei team.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La <\/span><b>Women\u2019s Network<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> riunisce tutte le donne di MDR che desiderano contribuire attivamente alla rete e prendervi parte. Crea uno spazio per lo scambio professionale, il mentoring e il sostegno reciproco, rafforzando al tempo stesso l\u2019uguaglianza, la diversit\u00e0 e una cultura lavorativa inclusiva. Collegando donne di reparti, ruoli e livelli di esperienza diversi, la rete sostiene sia lo sviluppo individuale sia la crescita organizzativa.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Reti come queste dimostrano il valore della collaborazione, della fiducia e dell\u2019apprendimento continuo. Offrono opportunit\u00e0 per condividere conoscenze, mettere in discussione prospettive consolidate e sviluppare idee capaci di contribuire a un cambiamento positivo e duraturo.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Siamo felici di poter esplorare questi esempi ispiratori durante la nostra visita di studio e di proseguire la conversazione con i partecipanti a Lipsia. Insieme rifletteremo su come reti solide possano dare forza alle persone, ispirare innovazione e aiutarci a plasmare il futuro \u2014
