O projeto centra-se em capacitar as organiza\u00e7\u00f5es de EFP para criarem ambientes de trabalho e de estudo equitativos, sustent\u00e1veis e inovadores.<\/span><\/p><p><b>Objetivos principais:<\/b><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Fomentar a lideran\u00e7a regenerativa e promover uma cultura de inclus\u00e3o e sustentabilidade na gest\u00e3o de recursos humanos das organiza\u00e7\u00f5es de <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Educa\u00e7\u00e3o e Forma\u00e7\u00e3o Profissional (EFP) cont\u00ednua (C-)<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">;\u00a0<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Equipar os profissionais com ferramentas para identificar e abordar preconceitos sist\u00e9micos, garantindo ambientes de trabalho e estudo diversificados e equitativos;<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Fornecer recursos e forma\u00e7\u00e3o para ajudar as organiza\u00e7\u00f5es de EFP a implementar pr\u00e1ticas de gest\u00e3o sustent\u00e1veis e inclusivas;<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sensibilizar para a import\u00e2ncia do pensamento sist\u00e9mico e da sustentabilidade em contextos educativos e profissionais.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><b>Grupos-alvo:<\/b><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Gestores, formadores, gestores de Recursos Humanos e pessoal de EFP cont\u00ednua;<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Jovens adultos que entram no mercado de trabalho;<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Grupos e comunidades vulner\u00e1veis que procuram inclus\u00e3o em espa\u00e7os profissionais;<\/span><\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-2dbd19f e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"2dbd19f\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\" data-settings=\"{&quot;jet_parallax_layout_list&quot;:[]}\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-2165286 e-con-full e-flex e-con e-child\" data-id=\"2165286\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\" data-settings=\"{&quot;jet_parallax_layout_list&quot;:[]}\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-f5d869c elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"f5d869c\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><b>Atividades do projeto:<\/b><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">O <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Fit for the Future<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> ir\u00e1 disponibilizar recursos inovadores, tais como uma ferramenta de autoavalia\u00e7\u00e3o, um programa de forma\u00e7\u00e3o e uma base de dados abrangente de estudos de caso e de melhores pr\u00e1ticas. Al\u00e9m disso, o projeto ir\u00e1 organizar <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">webinars<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> e <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">workshops<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> e implementar uma campanha de sensibiliza\u00e7\u00e3o para envolver as partes interessadas de todos os setores.<\/span><\/p><p><span
