Fornecer rampas, casas de banho acess\u00edveis ou acomoda\u00e7\u00f5es b\u00e1sicas j\u00e1 n\u00e3o \u00e9 suficiente. Devemos reconhecer e desmantelar as barreiras invis\u00edveis incorporadas nos nossos sistemas, desde os processos de recrutamento e curr\u00edculos de forma\u00e7\u00e3o, at\u00e9 ao <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">layout<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> do espa\u00e7o de trabalho e \u00e0s normas de comunica\u00e7\u00e3o. O projeto <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Fit for the Future<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> (F4F), cofinanciado pelo programa Erasmus+, est\u00e1 na vanguarda desta mudan\u00e7a, promovendo uma abordagem sist\u00e9mica que reimagina os ambientes de trabalho e de aprendizagem, no qual as pessoas com defici\u00eancia f\u00edsica participam plenamente, contribuem de forma significativa e desenvolvem todo o seu potencial de lideran\u00e7a. O projeto demonstra que a inclus\u00e3o n\u00e3o \u00e9 uma reflex\u00e3o tardia, mas um motor fundamental da adaptabilidade e da inova\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A defici\u00eancia f\u00edsica refere-se a um amplo espectro de condi\u00e7\u00f5es \u2014 mobilidade reduzida, defici\u00eancias sensoriais, condi\u00e7\u00f5es de sa\u00fade cr\u00f3nicas que afetam o funcionamento f\u00edsico \u2014 que podem limitar as atividades habituais. Apesar dos progressos significativos, as pessoas com defici\u00eancia continuam a enfrentar barreiras substanciais na educa\u00e7\u00e3o, no emprego e na progress\u00e3o na carreira. De acordo com a OCDE, estas pessoas enfrentam disparidades persistentes no desenvolvimento de compet\u00eancias, nas oportunidades de emprego e nos rendimentos, em compara\u00e7\u00e3o com as pessoas sem defici\u00eancia. Na Uni\u00e3o Europeia, mais de 25 % das pessoas com 16 anos ou mais relatam uma limita\u00e7\u00e3o de longo prazo nas atividades habituais devido a problemas de sa\u00fade (Eurostat, 2025). Estas estat\u00edsticas sublinham que a inclus\u00e3o de pessoas com defici\u00eancias f\u00edsicas n\u00e3o \u00e9 marginal, diz respeito a uma parte significativa da popula\u00e7\u00e3o e exige respostas a n\u00edvel de todo o sistema.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Para os centros de EFP, institui\u00e7\u00f5es de ensino, prestadores de forma\u00e7\u00e3o e PME, promover a inclus\u00e3o requer uma mudan\u00e7a de perspetiva: em vez de se concentrarem na forma como os indiv\u00edduos devem adaptar-se, as organiza\u00e7\u00f5es devem conceber sistemas que incluam ativamente todas as pessoas e capacidades. A filosofia do F4F de lideran\u00e7a regenerativa e o pensamento sist\u00e9mico convidam as organiza\u00e7\u00f5es a mapear processos (admiss\u00e3o, presta\u00e7\u00e3o de aprendizagem, conce\u00e7\u00e3o do espa\u00e7o de trabalho, progress\u00e3o na carreira) e a identificar onde a defici\u00eancia f\u00edsica \u00e9 implicitamente exclu\u00edda.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">O <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Fit for the Future<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> fornece recursos pr\u00e1ticos para ajudar as organiza\u00e7\u00f5es a remover essas barreiras:<\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">ferramenta de autoavalia\u00e7\u00e3o: avalie a acessibilidade organizacional e identifique \u00e1reas para melhoria;<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">auditorias de barreiras: envolva pessoas com defici\u00eancia na revis\u00e3o e co-conce\u00e7\u00e3o de processos e espa\u00e7os;<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">princ\u00edpios de design inclusivo: garantir que os ambientes digitais e f\u00edsicos cumpram as normas de acessibilidade, incluindo diretrizes de acessibilidade ao conte\u00fado da Web (<\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Web Content Accessibility Guidelines<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> \u2013 <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">WCAG<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">) e design universal;<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">programas de mentoria e apoio entre pares: capacitar os colaboradores e alunos com defici\u00eancia para partilharem ideias, orientarem melhorias e atuarem como modelos a seguir.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A acessibilidade n\u00e3o \u00e9 um complemento opcional, \u00e9 um elemento fundamental para construir organiza\u00e7\u00f5es inclusivas e eficazes. O <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Fit for the Future<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> incentiva os centros de EFP, prestadores de forma\u00e7\u00e3o, PME e associa\u00e7\u00f5es a explorar os seus recursos de acesso livre, experimentar a ferramenta de autoavalia\u00e7\u00e3o e participar em <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">webinars<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> para p\u00f4r a inclus\u00e3o em pr\u00e1tica. Ao abordar as barreiras e criar caminhos inclusivos, as organiza\u00e7\u00f5es n\u00e3o se limitam a cumprir a inclus\u00e3o. Elas desbloqueiam a inova\u00e7\u00e3o, cultivam o talento e constroem comunidades mais fortes.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element
