Um exemplo que ela partilha durante a entrevista \u00e9 a sa\u00edda de um membro importante da equipa, um evento que, embora inicialmente traum\u00e1tico, permitiu \u00e0 organiza\u00e7\u00e3o implementar novas rotinas e protocolos. Isso levou \u00e0 introdu\u00e7\u00e3o da <\/span><b>compet\u00eancia coletiva<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, garantindo que pelo menos duas pessoas soubessem como realizar cada tarefa espec\u00edfica, melhorando, assim, a execu\u00e7\u00e3o e minimizando o impacto de futuras interrup\u00e7\u00f5es.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Em termos de tomada de decis\u00f5es, N\u00faria adota uma abordagem altamente <\/span><b>anal\u00edtica<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Ela acredita que decis\u00f5es importantes, tal como na vida, n\u00e3o devem ser tomadas \u201cno calor da emo\u00e7\u00e3o\u201d. Em vez disso, exigem muita reflex\u00e3o, avalia\u00e7\u00e3o e an\u00e1lise, e uma certa frieza emocional para racionaliz\u00e1-las. Embora ela reflita longamente antes de tomar decis\u00f5es complexas ou de definir dire\u00e7\u00f5es, isso n\u00e3o implica lentid\u00e3o, mas sim uma an\u00e1lise cuidadosa dos passos iniciais e das mudan\u00e7as.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Numa pequena empresa com menos de 10 pessoas, a inclus\u00e3o e o respeito s\u00e3o mantidos por meio de reuni\u00f5es frequentes e altamente participativas. N\u00faria enfatiza a import\u00e2ncia de solicitar ativamente a opini\u00e3o de cada membro da equipa, em vez de exigi-la, considerando isso fundamental para o respeito. Ela quer que a sua equipa seja motivada pelo desejo de crescer paralelamente \u00e0 organiza\u00e7\u00e3o, um <\/span><b>sentido de perten\u00e7a<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> que liga o crescimento pessoal ao crescimento da empresa.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">O m\u00e9todo de lideran\u00e7a de N\u00faria, enraizado no escrut\u00ednio anal\u00edtico e na confian\u00e7a na compet\u00eancia demonstrada, molda um ambiente que, apesar de pequeno, consegue promover a inclus\u00e3o e a resili\u00eancia organizacional atrav\u00e9s da aprendizagem cont\u00ednua e da responsabilidade distribu\u00edda. Esta abordagem de lideran\u00e7a, que v\u00ea o crescimento pessoal e empresarial como intrinsecamente ligados, atua como um organismo vivo que se adapta aos desafios, aprendendo a estruturar melhor as suas fun\u00e7\u00f5es internas.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-e2fde6e elementor-widget elementor-widget-image\"
