Esta ideia est\u00e1 no cerne do nosso pr\u00f3ximo evento <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Train the Trainers<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, em Leipzig, na Alemanha.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Para p\u00f4r estes valores em pr\u00e1tica, o programa inclui uma visita de estudo \u00e0 MDR (Mitteldeutscher Rundfunk), uma das organiza\u00e7\u00f5es de radiodifus\u00e3o p\u00fablica da Alemanha. A MDR presta servi\u00e7os de televis\u00e3o, r\u00e1dio e meios digitais em toda a Alemanha Central e desempenha um papel importante na divulga\u00e7\u00e3o de jornalismo independente, programa\u00e7\u00e3o cultural e conte\u00fados educativos.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Durante a nossa visita, obteremos perspetivas aut\u00eanticas dos colaboradores da MDR que est\u00e3o ativamente envolvidos em redes internas, incluindo a <\/span><b>Rede de Mulheres<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> e a <\/span><b>Gest\u00e3o da Mudan\u00e7a<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Partilhar\u00e3o as suas experi\u00eancias sobre como a colabora\u00e7\u00e3o, a diversidade e a inova\u00e7\u00e3o s\u00e3o promovidas no seio de uma grande organiza\u00e7\u00e3o de comunica\u00e7\u00e3o social.<\/span><\/p><p><b>A Gest\u00e3o da Mudan\u00e7a<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> apoia os departamentos e os gestores na implementa\u00e7\u00e3o da mudan\u00e7a orientada para o futuro de forma sustent\u00e1vel, criando espa\u00e7os para o di\u00e1logo, a aprendizagem e a colabora\u00e7\u00e3o, e desenvolvendo em conjunto as compet\u00eancias, estruturas e processos necess\u00e1rios. A implementa\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 levada a cabo por \u201cArquitetos da Mudan\u00e7a\u201d com forma\u00e7\u00e3o ao n\u00edvel da gest\u00e3o e por \u201cFacilitadores da Mudan\u00e7a\u201d no seio das equipas.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A <\/span><b>Rede de Mulheres<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> re\u00fane todas as mulheres da MDR que desejam contribuir ativamente e envolver-se na rede. Cria um espa\u00e7o para o interc\u00e2mbio profissional, a mentoria e o apoio m\u00fatuo, refor\u00e7ando simultaneamente a igualdade, a diversidade e uma cultura de trabalho inclusiva. Ao estabelecer liga\u00e7\u00f5es entre mulheres de diferentes departamentos, fun\u00e7\u00f5es e n\u00edveis de experi\u00eancia, a rede apoia tanto o desenvolvimento individual como o crescimento organizacional.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Redes como estas demonstram o valor da colabora\u00e7\u00e3o, da confian\u00e7a e da aprendizagem cont\u00ednua. Proporcionam oportunidades para trocar conhecimentos, questionar perspetivas e desenvolver ideias que contribuem para uma mudan\u00e7a positiva e duradoura.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Estamos entusiasmados por explorar estes exemplos inspiradores durante a nossa visita de estudo e por dar continuidade ao di\u00e1logo com os nossos participantes em Leipzig. Juntos, iremos refletir sobre como redes fortes podem capacitar as pessoas, inspirar a inova\u00e7\u00e3o e ajudar-nos a moldar o futuro \u2014 em
