Module 8. Regenerative Organisational and Management Practice
Detailed overview
General description of the unit
This module focuses on the practical implementation of regenerative principles within organisational structures, processes, and daily routines. Moving beyond the question of why regeneration matters, it examines how regenerative values can be reflected in everyday organisational life through meetings, decision-making processes, communication practices, leadership behaviours, resource allocation, feedback systems, and team collaboration.
Building on the concepts explored in previous modules, participants are encouraged to translate their understanding of regeneration, systems thinking, inclusion, leadership, change management, and impact assessment into concrete organisational action. The module emphasises the importance of aligning organisational values with everyday practice and creating working environments that foster participation, trust, wellbeing, learning, adaptability, and shared responsibility.
Participants will critically examine existing organisational routines and management practices through a regenerative lens, identifying opportunities for improvement and developing realistic pathways for implementation within their own professional contexts. The module serves as a bridge between regenerative theory and practical organisational transformation, supporting participants in turning aspirations into sustainable daily practices.
