ÜBER DAS PROJEKT

Inklusive Zukunft stärken

Fit for the Future verfolgt einen systemischen Ansatz, um Barrieren, die mit geschlechtsspezifischer, ethno-kultureller und intersektionaler Diskriminierung am Arbeitsplatz und in Bildungseinrichtungen verbunden sind, zu erkennen und abzubauen.

Ziel des Projekts ist es, Vielfalt und Inklusion in Teams – etwa in Bildungseinrichtungen, kleinen und mittleren Unternehmen sowie Verbänden – zu stärken. Dafür werden regenerative Führungskräfte ausgebildet und Lehrkräfte bzw. Trainer*innen mit den nötigen Fähigkeiten, Kenntnissen und Werkzeugen ausgestattet, um eine inklusive und regenerative Arbeits- und Lernkultur zu gestalten und zu fördern. Zugleich wird das Bewusstsein für Antidiskriminierungspolitiken gestärkt, Frauen in Führungspositionen gezielt unterstützt und Maßnahmen zur besseren Integration in den Arbeitsmarkt vorangetrieben, um bestehende Hürden wirksam zu überwinden.
