ABOUT THE PROJECT

Inclusion and diversity are the foundation of a future-ready VET system

Fit for the Future employs a system thinking methodology to tackle and eliminate work/study place barriers linked to gender, cultural, intersectional discrimination.
Its aim is to enhance diversity and inclusion in work/study teams (educational centres, SMEs, associations) by training REGENERATIVE leaders and equipping teachers/trainers with the needed skills, knowledge and tools to monitor and foster an INCLUSIVE REGENERATIVE work/study culture; raising awareness on NON-DISCRIMINATION policies; promoting women in leadership positions in response to the labour inclusion policies to favour “breaking the glass ceiling”.
