SOBRE O PROJETO

Capacitar futuros inclusivos

Fit for the Future emprega uma metodologia de pensamento sistémico para enfrentar e eliminar as barreiras do local de trabalho/estudo ligadas à discriminação de género, cultural e interseccional.

O seu objetivo é reforçar a diversidade e a inclusão nas equipas de trabalho/estudo (centros educativos, PME, associações), formando líderes REGENERATIVOS e dotando os professores/formadores das competências, conhecimentos e ferramentas necessárias para monitorizar e promover uma cultura de trabalho/estudo REGENERATIVA e INCLUSIVA; sensibilizando para as políticas de NÃO DISCRIMINAÇÃO; promovendo as mulheres em posições de liderança em resposta às políticas de inclusão laboral para favorecer a “quebra do teto de vidro”.
