Campaña de sensibilización a través de talleres y un seminario web internacional sobre pensamiento sistémico y sesgos, dirigida a profesionales, educadores y líderes de grupos de estudio y de trabajo, centrada en recomendaciones para un liderazgo regenerativo y la diversidad.

SOBRE EL PROYECTO

Potenciar un futuro inclusivo

Fit for the Future utiliza una metodología de pensamiento sistémico para identificar y eliminar las barreras en los lugares de trabajo y estudio relacionadas con la discriminación inter seccional de género y cultura.

Su objetivo es promover la diversidad e inclusión en los equipos de trabajo y de estudio, en las Pymes, asociaciones y centros educativos, formando líderes REGENERATIVOS. Así pues, dándoles a los profesores/formadores las habilidades, conocimientos y herramientas necesarias para fomentar y supervisar una cultura de trabajo/estudio INCLUSIVA Y REGENERATIVA. También se busca concienciar sobre las políticas de NO DISCRIMINACIÓN y promover a las mujeres en cargos de liderazgo, como respuesta a las políticas de inclusión laboral para favorecer la superación del “techo de cristal”.
