À PROPOS DU PROJET

Favoriser des Avenirs Inclusifs

Fit for the Future utilise une méthodologie de pensée systémique pour aborder et éliminer les barrières liées au travail/études associées à la discrimination de genre, culturelle et intersectionnelle.

Le projet vise à renforcer la diversité et l’inclusion au sein des équipes de travail/études (centres éducatifs, PME, associations) en formant des leaders RÉGÉNÉRATIFS et en fournissant aux enseignants/formateurs les compétences, connaissances et outils nécessaires pour surveiller et promouvoir une culture de travail/étude INCLUSIVE ET RÉGÉNÉRATIVE ; sensibiliser aux politiques de NON-DISCRIMINATION ; et promouvoir les femmes à des postes de direction en réponse aux politiques d’inclusion professionnelle pour favoriser la “brisure du plafond de verre”.
