3 days to inspire, learn and transform 🌍

From 30 June to 2 July 2026, this transnational workshop will provide a space for collaboration, knowledge-sharing and the development of key skills for the future of organisations, education and leadership.

Over three intensive days, participants from different European countries will explore key themes for building more inclusive, regenerative and sustainable work and learning environments.

The event will include collaborative workshops, practical sessions, reflective activities, study visits and opportunities for intercultural networking, reinforcing the Fit for the Future project’s commitment to creating more humane, inclusive environments that are prepared for the challenges of the future.
