Fit for the Future: Vielfalt und Inklusion durch greifbare Ergebnisse voranbringen

Im Verlauf des Fit for the Future Projekts freuen wir uns, die zentralen Ergebnisse zu präsentieren, die die Zukunft der kontinuierlichen (C-) beruflichen Aus- und Weiterbildung (VET) gestalten werden. Diese Ergebnisse schaffen nachhaltige Wege für berufliches Wachstum und fördern gleichzeitig Vielfalt und Inklusion in Arbeits- und Lernumgebungen.

Die wichtigsten Projektergebnisse:

  • Datenbank mit Fallstudien: Fallstudien, Good Practices und Erkenntnisse zum Umgang mit Vorurteilen und zur regenerativen Führung.
  • Selbstbewertungstool: Unterstützt Organisationen dabei, ihren Fortschritt in den Bereichen Inklusion, Diversität und regenerative Führung zu prüfen.
  • Trainingsprogramm: Vermittelt Wissen zu Systemdenken und inklusiven Praktiken für Führungskräfte und Mitarbeitende.
  • Webinare und Workshops: Internationale und nationale Veranstaltungen zu den Regenerative Pathways.
  • OER-Plattform: Zentraler Hub mit allen Projektergebnissen – frei zugänglich für alle.
  • Awareness-Kampagne: Sensibilisierung von Stakeholder*innen und Öffentlichkeit für die Bedeutung von Vielfalt und Nachhaltigkeit.

Diese Ergebnisse sollen VET-Organisationen, KMU, Verbände, Fachkräfte und junge Berufseinsteiger*innen befähigen, inklusive Arbeitsumgebungen zu schaffen und von ihnen zu profitieren. Gleichzeitig soll das Bewusstsein für Systemdenken sowie regenerative Führung und Entwicklung gestärkt werden.
