A medida que avanza el proyecto Fit for the Future (FFTF) , nos complace compartir los resultados clave que definirán el futuro de la Formación Profesional Continua (FP). Estos resultados están diseñados para crear trayectorias sostenibles de desarrollo profesional, al tiempo que fomentan la diversidad y la inclusión en los entornos laborales y de estudio.

Los principales resultados del proyecto son los siguientes:

  • Base de datos de estudios de caso: Presentación de estudios de caso, buenas prácticas y perspectivas para abordar los sesgos y explorar la gestión regenerativa.
  • Herramienta de autoevaluación: Ayuda a las organizaciones a evaluar su progreso en materia de inclusión, diversidad y liderazgo regenerativo.
  • Programa de capacitación: Dotar a directivos y empleados de conocimientos sobre pensamiento sistémico y prácticas inclusivas.
  • Seminarios web y talleres: Eventos internacionales y nacionales centrados en vías regenerativas.
  • Plataforma OER: Un centro centralizado que alberga todos los resultados del proyecto para su acceso libre y gratuito.
  • Campaña de sensibilización: Involucrar a las partes interesadas y al público para destacar la importancia de la diversidad y la sostenibilidad.

Estos resultados tienen como objetivo capacitar a las organizaciones de formación profesional, las PYME, las asociaciones, los profesionales y los jóvenes que se incorporan al mercado laboral para que creen sistemas inclusivos y se beneficien de ellos, así como concienciar sobre el valor del pensamiento sistémico y la gestión y el desarrollo regenerativos.
