Fit for the Future: Advancing Diversity and Inclusion Through Tangible Results

As the Fit for the Future (FFTF) project progresses, we are excited to share the key results that will shape the future of continuous (C-) Vocational Education and Training (VET). These deliverables are designed to create sustainable pathways for professional growth, while fostering diversity and inclusion in work and study environments.

The main project results are the following:

  • Database of Case Studies: Showcasing case studies, good practices, and insights for addressing biases, and exploring regenerative management.
  • Self-Assessment Tool: Helping organizations evaluate their progress in inclusion, diversity, and regenerative leadership.
  • Training Program: Equipping managers and staff with knowledge on systemic thinking and inclusive practices.
  • Webinars and Workshops: International and national events focusing on Regenerative Pathways.
  • OER Platform: A centralized hub hosting all project outputs for free and open access.
  • Awareness Campaign: Engaging stakeholders and the public to highlight the importance of diversity and sustainability.

These results aim to empower VET organizations, SMEs, associations, professionals and young people entering the workforce create inclusive systems and benefit from them, as well as raise awareness about the value of systemic thinking and regenerative management and development.
