Introducing the Fit for the Future Project

Fit for the Future (FFTF) is an Erasmus+ KA2 project designed to transform Vocational Education and Training (VET) systems by embedding systemic thinking, regenerative leadership, and inclusive practices. The project focuses on empowering VET organizations to create equitable, sustainable, and innovative work and study environments.

Key Objectives:

  • Foster regenerative leadership and promote a culture of inclusion and sustainability in HR management of (C-) VET organizations.
  • Equip professionals with tools to identify and address systemic biases, ensuring diverse and equitable work and study environments.
  • Provide resources and training to help VET organizations implement sustainable and inclusive management practices.
  • Raise awareness of the importance of systemic thinking and sustainability in educational and professional settings.

Target Groups:

  • (C-) VET managers, trainers, HR and staff.
  • Young adults entering the workforce.
  • Vulnerable groups and communities seeking inclusion in professional spaces.

Project Activities:

Fit for the Future will deliver innovative resources such as a self-assessment tool, training programme, and a comprehensive database of case studies and best practices. Additionally, the project will host webinars, workshops, and implement an awareness campaign to engage stakeholders across sectors.

By uniting partners from France, Spain, Cyprus, Italy, Greece, Portugal, and Germany, Fit for the Future is set to create a meaningful impact on the future of vocational education.
