  • Target student group (s): the program is designed for managers, team leaders, HR professionals, employees, and professionals working in organisational settings.
  • Main educational goals: to develop understanding of DEI concepts and their strategic relevance, and to support participants in applying inclusive practices within teams and organisations.
  • Specific learning outcomes:

Knowledge: explain core DEI concepts, distinguish between equality and equity, psychological safety, unconscious bias, and their impact on organisational performance and collaboration.

Skills: analyse team dynamics, identify inclusion barriers, assess inclusion levels, and develop practical actions to improve equity and workplace inclusion

Attitudes: value diverse perspectives, demonstrate commitment to inclusion and take responsibility for fostering inclusive environments and practices.

Activity 1: Icebreaker
